In Houston we have 4 seasons. Early summer, mid-summer, late summer and next summer. Except the day I took pictures of the Garrett family. It was a 40 degrees that day. For us Texans, that is COLD! LOL! But this sweet family hung in there like troopers. (I am getting slightly obsessed with black and white) Love how his eyes shine! The next picture is my absolute favorite. You can just feel how much he loves her. Happily ever after is not just for fairy tales.
** I am blessed to be part of a group of local photographers here in the Spring/Woodlands area. Each month we form a blog circle. This month I am linking up to the fabulous Seeley Casey. It is so wonderful to be part of a group of ladies that lean on, support, and cheer each other on. Please check her out! **

Ugh. Is it not enough to be beautiful, do they have to be so nice too?! I had the pleasure of shooting this sweet family from my church. They are selfless people who give of themselves to the community and I am grateful they trusted me with their family memories. I picked a few of their black and whites to showcase here. I don't shoot B&W too often, but I thought their pictures converted beautifully. (being stunning doesn't hurt either!)lol That little cutie right there kept me on my toes. So smart, so beautiful. Love my job!
